soFree TERMS OF SERVICE & PRIVACY POLICY

INTRODUCTION & AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Welcome to Get soFree, Inc. ("Get soFree," "we," "our," or "us"). We provide mindfulness, wellness, and mental well-being resources through our mobile app, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using Get soFree, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

ELIGIBILITY & USER ACCOUNTS

Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use Get soFree. If you are under 18, your parent/guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. Get soFree does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years old.

Account Registration

To access some features of Get soFree, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your password, and not allow others to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Free & Paid Plans

Get soFree offers both free and paid subscriptions ("soFree Premium"). Paid plans auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Subscription fees are billed to your payment method upon purchase.

Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If purchased via Apple or Google Play Store, cancellations must be done directly in those stores.

Refund Policy

No refunds are provided unless required by law. Users in the EU & UK may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period per consumer protection laws.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

  • Use Get soFree for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes

  • Harass, bully, or post offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content

  • Copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute Get soFree's content or code

  • Violate any intellectual property rights

  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt our Services

We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for any violations.

GET SOFREE IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Any guidance provided is for general wellness purposes only.

IMPORTANT: GET SOFREE IS NOT A CRISIS SERVICE. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency services or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not attempt to access emergency care through our app.

  • Subscription & Payment Details: Billing address, payment method (via third-party payment processors)

  • Health Data (Apple HealthKit, if enabled): Activity tracking, mindfulness sessions, and other voluntary inputs

Automatically Collected Data

  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system

  • Usage Data: Time spent on app, pages viewed, interactions with features

  • Location Data: Approximate geographic location (if permitted by device settings)

How We Use Your Data

We use your information for:

  • Providing Our Services – Personalizing wellness content and features

  • Improving Get soFree – Enhancing functionality and user experience

  • Ensuring Security – Preventing fraud, spam, and abuse

  • Legal Compliance – Meeting regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Apple HealthKit & Wellness Data

If you choose to integrate Apple HealthKit:

  • We do NOT use your HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or tracking purposes

  • Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent

  • You can disable Apple HealthKit integration at any time via your device settings

  • We comply with Apple's HealthKit privacy policies

  • We do not access, use, or disclose to third parties any data gathered through HealthKit for purposes other than providing health or fitness services

  • We do not use HealthKit data for the purpose of improving or promoting the app in any way

  • We do not sell, share, or otherwise provide HealthKit data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers

Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do NOT sell your data. However, we may share it with:

  • Service Providers – Payment processors, cloud hosting services

  • Legal Authorities – If required by law (e.g., court orders, subpoenas)

  • Affiliated Businesses – If Get soFree merges, is acquired, or undergoes a corporate restructuring

Your Privacy Rights

Users have certain rights regarding their data under various privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA:

  • Right to Access: You can request a copy of your personal data

  • Right to Rectification: You may update or correct inaccurate information

INTERNATIONAL USERS

Get soFree, Inc. is based in the United States but offers services globally. By using Get soFree, you acknowledge that:

  • Your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries with different data protection laws than your jurisdiction

  • You may not access our Products or Services from countries or territories where such access is illegal, banned, or restricted

  • We comply with applicable international data protection laws, including GDPR for EU users

  • We may apply territorial restrictions to certain features or content based on licensing requirements or local laws

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Third-Party Integrations

Get soFree may integrate with third-party services, including:

  • Apple HealthKit for wellness tracking

  • Payment Processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay) for handling transactions

  • Cloud Hosting Providers for data storage and backup

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy, and we recommend reviewing their terms before enabling any integrations.

Third-Party Websites and Links

Get soFree may contain links to external websites or services. Clicking on these links is at your own risk, and we do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CANCELLATION

Get soFree offers both free and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

To cancel a subscription:

  • Users who subscribed via the App Store must cancel through their Apple account settings

  • Users who subscribed via Google Play must cancel through Google Play settings

Refunds are subject to the terms set by the payment provider.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Get soFree, Inc. is not liable for:

  • Any interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in the app

  • Personal decisions or actions taken based on wellness insights provided by Get soFree

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 12 months.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Users agree to resolve disputes through arbitration in Loganville, Georgia, except where prohibited by law.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

All users must conduct themselves respectfully within the Get soFree platform. Users agree NOT to:

  • Engage in bullying, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination

  • Post or share offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content

  • Promote violence, self-harm, suicide, or illegal activities

  • Impersonate another user, company, or entity

  • Spam, advertise, or solicit sales/services without permission

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content within Get soFree, including but not limited to meditation sessions, mindfulness content, audio, video, text-based resources, trademarks, logos, branding, and software, is the exclusive property of Get soFree, Inc. and is protected by copyright laws.

Get soFree grants users a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access the app's content for personal, non-commercial use.

CHILDREN

Our Products and Services are generally intended for individuals at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your country). If you are under 18, your parent/guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Get soFree does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years old. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Get soFree reserves the right to update these Terms. If significant changes occur, we will notify users via in-app alerts, email, or website announcements. Continued use of the Get soFree app after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
